Michael and Erin Pullins:

Michael and Erin started investing in real estate shortly after they married 10 years ago as a means of achieving passive income. Taking advantage of the downturn in the real estate market in 2008, they purchased multiple single family properties as long term investments. As financing for new deals became more of a challenge, they sought education on creative financing strategies and developed a deeper passion for real estate investing. They started their investment company, Pull property Investments, LLC in 2014 and both began working for their business full time shortly thereafter. For the past few years, their focus has been flipping luxury homes in the San Gabriel Valley. They also continue to buy and hold properties for the long term with a recent emphasis on multifamily investments. Michael and Erin reside in Pasadena with their two sons, ages 9 and 7.

Ioana and Adrian Gocan:

Repentant Flippers turned Buy and Holders (all in SoCal, all creatively acquired)

Married 25 years, Adrian a general contractor for 23 years, and Ioana, a licensed realtor for 15 years. We flipped some properties, lived in some for several years and then sold. But once we met Clyde Wilson, 4 years ago, and started learning from him about creative financing, we started holding on to all that we bought. In 4 short years we went from 2 properties (not cash flowing) to 39 doors in our portfolio (all but 1 Cashflow) owned or master leased. All our properties are in Southern California in LA County (Bellflower, Montebello, Lynwood, Long Beach, Bell Gardens). I have 3 master leased in Orange County. We attended David Tilney’s class last year in October in Colorado Springs, Colorado and started Master leasing properties long term, we master leased 12 new properties since we went to Hassle Free Management/Master Leasing and almost doubled our monthly net income in the last year.

Jimmy and Sue Hong:

Jimmy and Sue Hong started real estate investing in 2011. Their area of focus is higher end fix & flip and total tear downs & new builds. Before getting into real estate, Jimmy owned and operated small businesses, and Sue worked corporate in the art department for an advertising company. They successfully completed their first flip, a 1500 sq ft condo in Costa Mesa, while working their full time jobs. Sue's background is art, design, and creative side, while Jimmy's background is in business.
